Partner RTO responsibility

Formal Training and Assessment
Remain With the RTO.

The partner RTO remains responsible for scope of registration, enrolment, training and assessment strategy, trainer and assessor requirements, contextualisation approval, assessment tools, evidence rules, competency decisions, student records, regulatory compliance and qualification or statement issuance.

Nationally recognised training is delivered and assessed by the relevant approved partner RTO.

NEXIE resources are released only after current qualification and unit requirements, mapping, trainer guidance, workplace expectations and licensing conditions are agreed.
